On October 9, a delegation from Hwaseong city (Korea) led by Ms. Kim Gyeong Hee - Chairman of the City Council visited and worked in the province.

At the meeting, Mr. Duong Hoang Huong - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council introduced an overview of the province’s potential strengths, socio-economic development situation, and preferential investment policies. He emphasized: Phu Tho province hopes that in the coming time, Hwaseong city will regularly organize working delegations to visit and work in the province to promote their friendly and cooperative relations. Continue to support Phu Tho province in introducing and inviting Korean businesses to invest in areas such as: Tea production and processing; infrastructure construction of industrial parks and industrial complexes; high-tech industrial production; mechanical engineering; electrical and electronic assembly; tourism development; Establish business and investment cooperation in the areas of their strengths.

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Kim Gyeong Hee - Chairman of Hwaseong City Council thanked the warm and thoughtful welcome of Phu Tho province to the delegation; At the same time, she affirms that Hwaseong city will concretize its commitments with the leaders of Phu Tho province during working visits and meetings between the leaders of the two sides. Hwaseong City Council will continue researching to soon implement feasible projects, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of each side.

While receiving and working with the delegation, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council Duong Hoang Huong presented a bronze drum version of the Hung King era to Ms. Kim Gyeong Hee - Chairman of the Hwaseong City Council. Hwaseong city representative presented Phu Tho province with typical local products.

Previously, the Hwaseong city delegation visited the Hung Kings’ Temple Historical Relic Site, Hung Lo ancient village, Hung Vuong University and JNTC Company - Thuy Van Industrial Park, Viet Tri City.
