On the morning of October 31, the Department of Foreign Affairs hosted a training conference titled “Foreign information skills in 2023” for nearly 80 officials, civil servants, and public employees from the locality provincial’s departments, branches, and People’s Committees of districts, towns, and cities.

The delegates were provided with guidelines and policies of the Party and State on foreign information work in the new situation, as well as techniques from leaders of the Department of Foreign Information - Ministry of Information and Communications modern foreign information information capabilities, at the conference. Also at the training session, students and leaders from the Departments of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Information talked and shared ideas on how to conduct foreign information in the local area and in other countries across the world...

The goal of the training session is to strengthen state management’s understanding of international communication as well as practical skills and experiences for officials, civil servants, and public employees from departments, branches, and People’s Committees of districts, towns, and cities; successfully promoting and introducing local potentials and strengths to the world community in a realistic and effective manner, satisfying the needs of foreign affairs and international integration in the new circumstances.
